A previously built machine developed serious problems at a customer site. I investigated its failure mechanisms and revised critical functions. Those findings informed the mechanical platform I designed for a new 20-wire saw, from structural and drive calculations to assembly, testing and successful commissioning.

I’m Ehsan Roshani, a mechanical design engineer whose work spans special purpose machinery, stone processing, packaging, energy systems and rail structures across Iran, Turkey and Austria.
I have led design teams, worked alongside manufacturing and assembly crews, and taught CATIA for more than 5,000 hours. My design decisions account for how a part is made, fitted, measured and serviced.
