I’m Ehsan Roshani, a mechanical design engineer with over a decade of hands-on experience in turning complex engineering challenges into functional, scalable, and smart machines, working in Iran and Turkey.
Throughout my career, I’ve worked both as a freelancer and within engineering teams across industries like stone processing, industrial automation, energy systems, compressors, CNC machinery, and railway projects. These diverse and often demanding projects have given me a multi-dimensional perspective in the design of mechanical systems and precision mechanisms. I have also delivered over 5,000 hours of CATIA training, both for universities and private sector professionals, mentoring many junior engineers and teams. I’m passionate about sharing knowledge, and I thrive in collaborative, multidisciplinary environments where innovation is valued.
My technical toolbox includes:
- Full-cycle mechanical design and automation
- 3D CAD mastery with CATIA, SolidWorks, and Inventor
- Expertise in reverse engineering, BOM creation, GD&T (ASME Y14.5M), and ERP/PDM integration
- R&D leadership and mentoring junior engineers
- Alignment with ISO and ASME engineering standards
Beyond engineering, I believe in experimentation and continuous growth. I taught myself how to build this very website—using AI tools—just for the challenge of trying something new. Turns out, learning never stops.
When I’m not designing machines or leading projects, I’m probably:
- Cooking experimental dishes with my wife
- Watching Arsenal (and still keeping the faith!)
- Tinkering with AI tools and exploring automation trends
- Playing chess—often against myself, though I rarely win...
I believe good engineering is about more than mechanics—it's about understanding people, needs, and context. And above all, staying curious.
